Dear Applicants,

Below are some information you will need to know before applying. Read them before posting your application.

1. DieNamis runs schedule & duration
Wednesday 1 pm EST / 6 pm GMT
Sunday 11 am EST / 4 pm GMT

We usually enter about 30 to 45 minutes after gathering time.
Everyone is expected to show up not later than 10 minutes after the gathering time.
Latercomers won't be awarded with the ontime point, but usually they can still enter.
The runs usually take 4 hours total, from gathering to end.

After reading, clarify any doubts regarding the rules here.
Make sure to read the rules before you apply.

3. Other DieNamis Events
Not mandatory!
It won’t affect your application if you can or can’t join these events, just let us know if you are interested

Monday - Sky (6 pm GMT)
Tuesday - Limbus (6 pm GMT)
Thursday - free day / other events
Friday - Limbus (7 pm GMT)
Saturday - Sea (2 pm GMT)

Note:
Sky Acess = Zilart Mission 13 Complete
Limbus Access = Chains of Promathia Chapter 7 Complete
Sea Access = Chains of Promathia Chapter 8 Complete

4. Requirements

Minimum Requirements
Please don't apply if you don't fulfill the minimum requirements.
- Able to attend both DieNamis runs on a regular basis
- Read the Rules and Regulations governing DieNamis and accept them
- Decent reputation throughout the server
- Being able to say "no" to your HNM LS when they want you to come to HNM during our Dynamis runs

Recommended Requirements
- Have the job and its expertise that suits DieNamis current needs
- Have multiple jobs at Level 75 with corresponding subjob(s) capped
- Recommendation(s) by members of DieNamis
- Outland access (aka. access to Dynamis-Beaucedine)

5. What happens after you apply?
Your app will be moved to the "Applications" (DieNamis members only) section and the DieNamis members will vote on your application for a period of max. 2 weeks, all votes are equal.

During this time your application will be discussed by the DieNamis leaders and one of us will contact you in game.

6. After being accepted
I. Upon being accepted you will be subject to a trial lasting no more than six dynamis runs. During this time, We (the DieNamis leaders) reserve the right to remove you (the Trial Member) from the linkshell at any time during your trial period and after the Trial Member has become a fully fledged member of DieNamis.

II. Rules.
Intentionally disobeying the rules will result in an official warning. Gaining two official warnings will result in removal from the linkshell.

III. Points.
Accumulation of points will occur as normal, however the Trial Member will only be able to use said points after their trial period has ended. In addition, accumulation of DieNamis piggybank points will not occur until after the trial period has ended.

IV. Lotting of Artifact Armour.
Trial members will be allowed to lot artifact armour only if the item goes into open-lot. Should they win a lot, their points will go into negative numbers, and they will not be able to lot again until they have the required amount for respective items.
